Custom Mini Split Cover | Wooden Ductless AC Enclosure for Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Daikin | Birch

Your mini split keeps your home comfortable. This cover makes it look good too.

Designed specifically for wall-mounted ductless mini splits – not a generic cover resized to fit. Mini splits are long, slim and mounted high on the wall, and they need a cover built for that exact shape. Hand-finished in our Montreal workshop and ready to hang.

Materials

• Structure: 1/2" birch plywood – strong, stable, no warping
• Front grille: 1/2" birch plywood, laser-cut for airflow and a clean decorative look

Sizes

• Standard – units up to 33" wide (most single-zone Mitsubishi, Fujitsu and Daikin units)
• Large – units 34" to 42" wide
• XL – 43"+ or multi-zone setups

Heights up to 40 cm and depths up to 30 cm are included in every size. Taller or deeper unit? Contact us for a custom quote.

What to measure

Measure your wall unit (W x H x D) and have the inside dimensions you want for the cover ready – we'll contact you for them after you order. For airflow, we add about 3" in total to each dimension of your unit – for example, a 32" x 12" x 8" unit gets a cover of about 36" x 16" x 11". Have the brand and model handy if you know it. Make sure you have enough wall space around the unit for the finished cover.

Every cover has laser-cut vent openings sized and placed for your specific unit, so your mini split keeps running at full capacity.

• Unfinished (Raw) – sanded, ready to paint or stain (20% less)
• Natural Oak, White, Dark Walnut, Rich Mahogany, American Walnut, Spanish Oak, Pickling White – hand-applied and sealed
