1) Shipping Locations
We ship from Montréal, Canada to:

2) Processing Time (Made-to-Order)
Most of our products are made to order. The production/processing time shown on each product page is an estimate and may vary depending on workload and project complexity.
3) Carriers & Tracking
We ship using reliable carriers depending on the destination, including:
UPS / USPS (or equivalent), sometimes through a shipping partner.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been handed to the carrier.
4) Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

United States: typically 5–10 business days after shipment (depending on state and carrier)

Canada: typically 2–7 business days after shipment
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, peak seasons, or customs processing.
5) Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Certain products or promotions may include Free Shipping (as stated on the product page and/or at checkout).
6) Customs, Duties & Import Fees (USA)
If a product page or checkout states “Customs fees included”, we cover customs/import fees as described in that offer.
Otherwise, any customs duties, import taxes, or carrier brokerage fees (if applicable) may be the customer’s responsibility based on the destination country’s regulations.
7) Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees may apply.
8) Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

Check around your property, mailbox, neighbors, or building reception

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

9) Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of the outer packaging/label and the damaged item
We will work with you to find a solution (replacement, repair, or other resolution depending on the situation).
