1) How do I measure my opening?


Measure the inside width and inside height of the opening you want covered. If you’re unsure, send a photo and your measurements—we’ll confirm the best size.

2) Are listed sizes inside or outside dimensions?


By default, our sizes refer to the outside (overall) dimensions unless the product page states otherwise. For made-to-measure orders, we’ll confirm your measurements before fabrication.

3) Can you make a custom size?

Yes. Send us your exact measurements and we’ll add a custom size option quickly.

5) Will airflow be reduced?


Our laser-cut patterns are designed to keep airflow functional. If you have a high-airflow system, tell us and we can recommend a more open pattern.

4) What materials do you use?

We use furniture-grade 1/4" plywood Maple, carefully finished for a clean, durable result.

6) Where can these panels be used?

They work great as air return / intake covers, cabinet door inserts, decorative wall accents, and divider panels. (Not recommended for high-traffic floor applications unless specified.)

7) Are they suitable for floors?

Most decorative panels are intended for wall use. Floor use depends on the product and mounting method—contact us before ordering.

8) What is your production time?

Made to order. Typical production is 2–4 weeks, depending on the project and customization.

9) How do you ship to the USA? Will there be customs fees?

We ship from Canada with tracking (ChitChats → USPS). Customs fees are determined by US Customs and may apply in rare cases.

10) Can I request a custom pattern or logo?

Yes—send your idea, logo file, or inspiration and we’ll confirm feasibility and pricing.

11) What if my measurements are wrong?

Because items are custom-made, we strongly recommend measuring carefully. If you’re unsure, message us first—we’re happy to help you avoid mistakes.
