Built specifically for wall-mounted ductless mini split units — not a generic AC cover resized to fit. Mini splits are long, slim, and mounted high on the wall. They need a cover designed for that exact shape. That's what this is.

MATERIALS

Premium North American birch throughout: -- Structure: 5/8" pressed birch panel — solid, stable, no warping -- Decorative grille: 1/4" birch plywood, laser-cut for airflow and style -- Frame: 3/8" birch plywood for a clean, finished edge

No MDF. No particle board. Real wood only.

FINISH OPTIONS — INCLUDED IN PRICE

Hand-finished in our Montréal workshop:

SIZING AND PRICING

Measure your mini split unit (W x H x D) and choose:

+ Standard — fits units up to 33" Wide — $499 (covers most Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Daikin single-zone units)
+ Large — fits units 34"–42" wide — $599 
+ XL — 43"+ or multi-zone setups — starting at $699

HOW TO ORDER

1. Measure your mini split as mounted on the wall: Width x Height x Depth
2. Include the brand and model if you know it (helps me nail the fit)
3. Give me your unit's exact dimensions — I add the clearance for airflow and a clean fit
4. Pick your size, design, and finish
5. Enter measurements + brand/model in the personalization box

The final enclosure will be approximately 4" wider and 4" taller than your unit (3" clearance + wood thickness). For example, a 32" x 12" x 8" unit becomes a ~36" x 16" x 9" enclosure. Make sure you have enough wall space around your unit.

Every enclosure includes laser-cut ventilation openings sized and positioned for your specific unit. Your mini split runs at full efficiency — we don't just hide it, we make sure it still works.
