Q: How do I order a custom piece?

All our pieces are made-to-measure. Simply email us at nabdesigncanada@gmail.com with your measurements (width, height, depth), your preferred finish, and any special requests. We'll send you a personalized quote within 24 hours.


Q: What measurements do I need to provide?

For most products, we need:

  • Width & Height of the opening or space
  • Depth available
  • Model/brand of your device (for router or speaker covers) We recommend measuring twice before contacting us!

Q: What are your production times?

Each piece is handcrafted to order in our Montreal workshop. Please allow  1–3 weeks for production, plus shipping time.


Q: Do you ship to the US and internationally?

Yes! We offer free shipping to Canada and the US. International shipping is available — contact us for rates.


Q: What materials do you use?

We use premium American and Canadian wood, plywood, and solid wood depending on the product. All pieces are finished with high-quality stains and varnish.


Q: Can I choose my finish or color?

Absolutely! We offer various finishes including natural wood, white, stained, and custom colors. Mention your preference when you email us.


Q: What is your return policy?

Since all pieces are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. In that case, contact us immediately at nabdesigncanada@gmail.com with photos.


Q: My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

All orders are fully insured. Contact us within 48 hours at nabdesigncanada@gmail.com with photos and we'll resolve it quickly.


Q: Can you make a completely unique design?

Yes! If you have a logo, pattern, or unique idea, we can bring it to life with our CNC and laser-cut equipment. Contact us to discuss your project
