1) What is your production time?

All items are made to order in our workshop.
Our standard production time is 14 days, depending on the project complexity and order volume.
If you need a more precise lead time, feel free to contact us before ordering.


2) Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or made-to-order items.


3) What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the product

  • the packaging

We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.


4) What if there is a manufacturing issue?

If there is a manufacturing error on our end, we will take responsibility and offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.


5) Do you offer a quality guarantee?

Yes. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping and crafted using high-quality materials.
