This cover combines a laser-cut 1/4" Premium birch plywood panel with a solid 1/4" MDF frame for a total thickness of 1/2" — giving it a refined, built-in appearance that blends seamlessly into your wall or furniture. Every piece is handmade to your exact measurements in our Montréal workshop.

How do I measure correctly?
Remove your existing cover and measure the duct opening — width × height in inches. Your new cover will overlap the opening on each side. Not sure? Send us a photo before ordering.
What is the difference between this and the magnetic version?
This version installs with screws (pre-drilled holes included) or adhesive (no holes option). The magnetic version snaps onto any metal vent with no tools required. Choose this version for a more permanent or versatile installation.
How many screw holes do I need?
For most wall vents: 2 or 4 holes is sufficient. For larger panels or return air grilles, choose 6 or 8 for a more secure fit. Choose "no holes" if you plan to use adhesive or if this is a purely decorative panel.
Can I paint or stain it?
Yes. The unfinished option ships sanded to 180 grit — smooth and ready for any paint, stain or varnish. We also offer 7 ready-to-ship finishes if you prefer a finished piece. See the finish options above.
Is this suitable for floor vents?
No — this panel is designed for walls and ceilings only and is not built to support foot traffic.
